Return and refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  • To start a return, please contact us at support@lifeofstreetwear.com with your order number and the reason for return. 

  • Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions.

  • Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Once your return request has been approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address, and instructions on how to send your package.

  • The business address of LifeOfStreetwear is not the same as the return address. Please always contact us first to obtain the correct return address before sending back your item.

  • Returns accepted: For both defective and non-defective products

  • Exchanges: Accepted

  • Product condition: New only

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery

  • Return method: By mail

  • Return label: Customer’s responsibility

  • Restocking fee: No cost

  • Refund processing time: 10 business days

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@lifeofstreetwear.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
